Bookings
Bookings are confirmed after Nordic Shine reviews the request and agrees the scope, timing and price with the client.
Access and preparation
The client should provide safe access to the property and tell the team about fragile items, surfaces needing special care and building rules.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact Nordic Shine as early as possible if a visit needs to be changed. Confirmed visits may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service quality
If something does not meet the agreed checklist, contact us promptly so the team can review and resolve the matter.
